
Here is how it works
In order to get you the best idea of what is wrong and how much it should reasonably cost to fix it we need to see what you are seeing.

Video Call
We always start here! If we can diagnosis the problem over the phone its the best case scenario. Saving you time and keeping one more car off the road!
We will need to be able to see the issue so if it is to dark, to tight, or in a wall this option wont work and you don't pay for it!
Normally $20 but if you agree to let a third party offer a bid to fix the problem we will wave the fee and do it for FREE!

In Person Visit
Seeing a problem in person generally provides the best diagnosis.
If we have to we will schedule a time to come out and inspect the problem. We show up when we say will not in some 8 hour time period.
Most visits take under 45 minutes.
If you agree to allow a third party to contact you with a bid on the problem we diagnosis we don't charge you for stopping by!
But we get it if you don't want that, in that case we only charge $50

How it all started

Why are we here
8 years ago I contacted a well known HVAC company in my area to come tell me why my Furnace would randomly turn off and sometimes not start up. Well after a 3.5 hour sales pitch on why I need a whole new system for "only a few thousand dollars"
I called a local handyman, He came by looked at the furnace and took out the flame sensor cleaned it put it back in charged me $50 and left. the whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. And 8 years later the furnace is still working! Best $50 I ever spent.
I needed an expert to come and give me their honest opinion on what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Not some company that is incentivized to charge me more so they can make more money.
That's what we are doing today, we are here to give you the advice we would give our own mothers. Telling you what we think the problem and solution is and how much it should reasonably cost to fix it. We don't provide the fix as a way to cut out any possibility of putting our interests above yours.
